Finally found a way that it's available without a manual proxy.
-If you are on UK - Log in and Visit contest page here
-If you aren't on UK, Follow these steps:
1)Go to any UK based web proxy likejoeproxy.co.uk OR justproxy.co.uk/ OR quickproxy.co.uk OR proxay.co.uk/
2)On it's URL/Address bar paste or type
stardoll.com
3)Click Go button or Press Enter on keyboard
4)Stardoll page should load, Log in
5)On proxy's URL: Address bar copy&paste this link:
stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=4135
6)Click Go/Enter, contest should load
7)Wait till contest page loads, that's it
8)Close the proxy's tab/window and Go to stardoll.com as usual
